Phil is a great ambassador for the Lexus Service department. After a surprise breakdown, he squeezed my car into the queue, determined the problem and had my car repaired and ready for pick up by the end of the day. I really appreciate having a service department one can trust!

My appointment was scheduled for 30 August 2025 at 12:30. I requested a loaner vehicle and although loaner vehicle users are not supposed to have pet their was pet hair everywhere in the vehicle. Due to it being a Saturday, the service department closed at 4. I returned the loaner back before 4 and my vehicle still was not serviced. Billy was very pleasant and stayed late but my vehicle was not complete until after 5. Iff there are not enough technicians available for that day maybe Lexus should cancel appointments to accommodate the technician workload. My vehicle service was rushed and when my vehicle was returned to me my shield was not attached and although they stated my fluids were filled they were not even touched. 4 hours is unacceptable for a simple oil change.
