i went in for my 100,000 service at it went well. i had just had my brakes done at Lexus and every time i put my car in park the car does not hold and seems to “slip”. i told the service professional to please examine this. I was told it all checked out, when i looked at the paperwork the issue was not recorded correctly it said when i use the brakes there is an issue. that was not what i reported. In addition, i asked to take a look at the retractable rear seat belt in the roof. It was not retracting and had occurred before and the Lexus dealership in Las Vegas, Nevada fixed it in minutes. I was told yesterday that it could not be retracted and would need a new one at a cost of approximately $700. So we brought it home removed the plastic cover and discovered it was slightly twisted and it soon retracted. We put the cover back on and it is fixed. It seems like there was possibly no effort into even looking at the situation much less taking a little effort to fix the problem. I am super dissatisfied with yesterday’s service. i am happy to submit a picture the fixed problem.
