Robert Luger gave me excellent service today!! I had an extra key fob programmed and picked up a cargo mat for my NX300. Robert was very friendly and provided excellent customer service ... very efficient.

I love your new facility. Billy was excellent. He took very good care of me. One suggestion. You should have more cars for sale in your showroom. We bought our current Lexus when we were in years ago and we saw it and loved it and bought it right on the spot. You’re missing sales by not having cars on your showroom.
