The day of my appointment was great.
My frustration was the first appointment a part had to ordered. I was told it would take 2 days for the part to arrive. I called after 10 days of waiting for the part. I was told the part had been at your shop for 8 days and no one called.
The experience is A++ as always and Roberto is the best service manager ever hands down!! Service was quick and efficient and I love the loner car service in addition that Lexus washes and details your car after every repair service! Lexus consumer and customer forever!!

The service manager, Erik, tried to make this situation better. We appreciate the loaner vehicle, but upon receiving my vehicle today the A pillar area was even dirtier than the first time. It was repaired properly but we had to send it back again for cleaning.
Manual and everyone else were hands on with each customer who entered the service area. It appeared that Manual is new to the service area bdut is learning fast and willing to do whatever the customer wants.
