I was given an email when my service was completed however nobody let me know by text or phone call that my car was ready. I waited an extra hour and a half before anybody talk to me while I was sitting in the lounge. A text was sent to me on my way home after getting my car. That said your car is ready.

I picked up my car this morning and immediately got a check engine indicator. I needed to bring my car back for a fix during a very busy day getting ready for an international evening flight. It was extrememly inconvenient. A plug was left undone and caused the indicator.
The “not staying at the dealership while vehicle was being serviced” comment on your reservation website did not go over well but the issue was resolved. The employees were easy to work with and friendly. Have no issues with the service.
Everything went well. Robert is great. However my service bill was almost $1,150 and my car came out without a car wash. Small detail but Lexus should be better than that.

Great service. Very pleasant experience. I had hoped that the 5000 mile oil change that was indicated due to our use pattern would be covered under the initial service agreement but this is a small matter considering the quality of services we received.
