I am still waiting to hear back from Phil regarding the request key replacement that is covered under the extended service plan that we purchased. I was told that we would hear back on this past Monday. Still nothing... despite my follow up voice messages. Our window sticker was not updated after the oil change. In addition, when I got in my vehicle after it was service (as silly as it sounds) it smelled terrible. As though the tech farted just before exiting and quickly shut the door. Definitely not the service experience I was hoping for.
Everyone was wonderful. Eirik ordered the part I needed and the guys snapped it on while my dog and car and I said in the garage next to the checkout.
What could otherwise have been an ordeal was quick and efficient!
