Roberta was busy when I arrived so Anthony assisted me. Any question why I needed a rental car since the work was only going to take an hour or less. I explained the person I called to schedule the appointment said it would take a couple hours at least and advise that I get a rental car. My feedback is that there’s more understanding and communication between the people who schedule the appointments and the service tech. I don’t know who assisted me when I picked up the car, but he was very responsive and friendly.

I appreciate the video the tech sent to me showing that my concerns were addressed and to top it off my car was cleaned inside and out! I felt like I was given a VIP service. Thank you!!!

Lack of communication was disappointing. My car was kept for 2 days for my factory recall that they told me would be for 2 hours. I called the shop and left many voicemails and text messages. Was called back only one time.
Windows appear to have streaks between window and the tint that cannot be removed.
Billy Bailey was very friendly and professional. Since I don’t “speak mechanic” he was very patient with me as he explained what needed to be done and why. He showed me the photo evidence which clued him in to what the problem might be, and informed me of what the mechanics discovered as the vehicle was examined. When the loaner vehicle was brought out, he walked me through how to operate it, since it was very different from the vehicles I’m accustomed to driving. My experience with Lexus of Colorado Springs was very good!
