Robert did a great job. Kept his composure and ability to professionally communicate with his customers, even though manning was low. I am disappointed the leadership at Lexus did not take care of the workers this past week. I feel the whole crew did an outstanding job under the circumstances. The smoothness of my normal visits was disrupted but Robert made up for it with his professionalism.

Had the brakes replaced yesterday and the rotor cap fell off this morning. I took the vehicle back in and missed 2.5 hours of work and my wife was late to work because of this issue. Although the issue was fixed by lexus, the lack of quality assurance by the maintenance team impacted us. I would appreciate a phone call from Lexus management on this topic.

Roberto was the only service advisor on duty today. He did have help from one other person from another department. As the line grew from people dropping off for service, Roberto stayed professional, remained calm and was apologetic for the shortage of manpower.

It was my first time at this Lexus dealership, but it was a lovely experience. All of the staff was very welcoming, and helped explained things to me (first time getting my car serviced). The facility is also incredibly nice and was a relaxing environment to be in. The staff remembered me and came to find me and hand deliver my keys back. They also noticed I was working on school work and pointed out the available office spaces. No complaints whatsoever, only the best report to give about your staff and facilities. Thank you!
