Everything was great except for when I first arrived at my appt time. No one came to greet me and no one was at the desks. There were guys walking around with tablets but none of them said anything to me. It was about 5-10 mins till Billy came to the desk and helped me. Corwin Toyota is much better in that department. They have someone greet you at the car right away.

I’ve been a Lexus customer for 24 years. Roberto is the new gold standard of service reps. There’s no “ I’m doing you a favor “ attitude which pops up here and there with some longer serving reps . He is fast, hustles , knows his stuff and treats you well
