Paid for tire rotation. They rotated and set the 4 tire pressures correctly but left the spare tire 3psi low now I have to crawl under there to pump it up. Costco rotates for free when I buy tires and will pump the spare tire if I just stop by and ask. I pay $40 with you guys and they skip it when so easy to do up on a lift

Billy displays a high level of courtesy! He explains everything about your service and provides further information, upon request when I had prevailing questions. He was very clear about when my vehicle would be ready and what I was paying for at the end.

The issue I brought my car in for is still not fixed. Apparently buying a used vehicle from your dealership is not a wise choice and I will make sure everybody knows this. I buy a car expecting Lexus quality. And I was sold a warranty that I was told was bumper to bumper and that would cover everything. Now I have a seat that I can’t turn right without it giving out and that’s not considered a covered issue?? Not to mention Dante doesn’t call when I’m told he will call. Roberto was great and did what he could. But something needs to be done, and I feel very taken advantage of.
