Excellent dealership with absolutely amazing service department, Rob has been making my life stress free for 7 years with any car issues and regular service appointments. What makes any business stand out about the others is the employees, and this Lexus dealership has the best service department. Give them all a raise, especially Rob.
It looked like service advisors are overworked. My service was fine and I didn't wait but there were times I'm sure they could've used another person.
