Dropped off my car for service ended up with no option for loaner when I had scheduled my appointment and requested a loaner. I did get a loaner it was dirty and smelled gross. Beyond disappointed and commented that didn’t seem to be the Lexus standard. Had to wait til next day for my vehicle. When I picked it up the next day tire was flat. I didn’t drop it off with any flat tire or any warning of tire pressure low. Had to wait for it to be patched up. Then the sensor won’t go off I had to call service dept over the weekend to ask if I can take it back in so they can repair the sensor light. Then when I left Lexusto go home I got a call back that a service guy left a key from someone else’s vehicle in my car. I was not going to drive back to Lexus as I live in Peyton and had already cut 2 hrs from work to deal with a simple pick up that ended up more than expected. Someone did come out to my home to pick up the key.

I was not notified my car was ready and I had no way of picking it up until tomorrow . There was only one person in service and he could not leave.

My service today at Colorado Springs Lexus and with Billy Baily was really smooth, timely, and informative. Billy was easy to talk with and helpful in making decisions that were and weren't necessary. I really appreciated his integrity. The dealership is friendly, clean, and set-up for a nice waiting experience while your vehicle is being serviced.
