I am very happy with the service I was provided today. My check-in was pleasant and quick, service at the service desk was patient and efficient, and checkout was also professional and pleasant . Everyone was extremely professional down to the sales floor, where I had the opportunity to test drive a vehicle. I sincerely appreciated the attention to detail and service I received today.
I cannot say enough good things about Erik. I was completely disgusted with my whole situation when I called and spoke with Erik. He cared about MY proble9, was more than patient listening and supporting me in exactly the correct way.
