Great Service fixed. What I thought was a problem

Rob checked me in not Roberto. He failed to clarify to the tech the issue with the center console. I said very clearly the latch wouldn’t close properly. He put in apparently “it wouldn’t open”. The result - the issue was not fixed as the tech could open the console. BUT - he didn’t do his job either because he said the center console was working fine, but in order to close it, you have to push the button to get it to lockdown. ALSO - I was having problems with the windshield wipers auto function not working part of the time. Car is sent back with a text saying it’s functioning properly. When water was sprayed on the windshield before I left, the wipers would not activate at all. Also - PDR guy was not working on the 26th so now I have to return the car to have all of these elements redone. Frustrating.
Rob is the BEST. Thorough, explains everything and his customer service care is fabulous.

Eric (name spelled wrong) helped me get signed in and arrange my shuttle. Mr. Robert was nice and acknowledged that I was waiting for him twice.

Roberto was great and managed expectations well. He was clear on work to be performed and work done. When the time exceeded his 2 hour estimate by more than 45 minutes, he graciously went and got my vehicle as I needed to leave town. It had been waiting for quite some time for a wash which never happened.
Vy was great. Very polite, professional and outstanding customer service all around
Billy was great. Efficient, friendly, and he noticed that we share the same birthday date (except I arrived about 30 years before he did!)
