I realize that I was only there for a recall.( Which surprised me after only owning the car for three months? Also to have a clear mask applied. (I did not get any instructions as to how long before I could wash the car and what is my warranty?) I was a bit disappointed. When I brought my car in for the recall and the clear mask, I asked Manuel if he could please Install the front license plate bracket and my license plate. That did not happen. I also asked Manuel if he could finish installing the all weather mats that I received in a box upon delivery. They were never installed and I had to ask specifically for them as they were part of my package. Manuel did not do that either. Also, this may seem petty, they put plastic down on the driver side floor board but I would’ve thought they might’ve done a quick vacuum of that mat?.
This is not what I expected for service after I have purchased this car.

Manuel was great to interact with! He went beyond just the service request and provided me information on the software and apps.
Replaced a unrepairable tire with a used tire only to bring it back two days later and replace it with a brand new tire. But I paid a new tire price for a used tire in the first place.

I dropped my car off on December 3 and picked it up on December 26. During that time, I received very little communication. While I understand that parts may have been delayed, it’s not acceptable that my requests for a status update went unanswered. When I actually spoke with someone, they could not provide an update even after having me on hold for 16min.
In addition, I’m still experiencing issues that do not appear to have been fully addressed. It's the holiday season and am out of town so I have not returned to the service center.
Overall, this was a disappointing service experience.
