Billy Bailey has been my Service Advisor for years now and it was a bitter sweet last appointment because vehicle has been shipped to Honolulu. I know I have choices going to Christian Brother’s for service but trust, honesty, and paying attention to detail is what Billy has and that can’t be replaced. He lets me know what needs to
be done in the future appointment. Thank you Billy for being a great Service Advisor.
Robert has always been very helpful and respectful. He knows what he is doing. He also has a good sense of humor.
While the recall took a bit longer than predicted, the valet dropped me at a nearby restaurant for breakfast.
However, a technician's fatfingering of a setting button defeated the mirror folding lock function, requiring me to return to the shop.

Vy was excellent! However, this is the third time since April 2025 that we’ve brought in our RX350h because the back hatch door doesn’t work correctly. Vy saw, herself, the failure of the hatch to open when kicking under the bumper AND it won’t close when pressing the button to both close the hatch and lock the vehicle. And yet, FOR THE THIRD TIME, your service people say they can’t duplicate the issue. However, Eirik also observed what we’ve said and Vy saw. I’m very frustrated!!!
Billy was great, friendly and professional. However, I was disappointed with how long the service took. I dropped my vehicle off around 9:15 a.m. and didn’t pick it up until close to noon, which felt excessive for a routine service. I was also unable to get a car wash because it was backed up. While I appreciated Billy’s help, the overall wait time was frustrating.
Billy and the whole crew are the best!
