I’ve have spoken to the service manager. The issues were that my vechilr was returned dirtier than when I dropped it off. It was not completely washed before the install of clear the protection. Maybe at best some water thrown on the hood. The clear protection has dirt underneath, a ton of bubbles, the cutting of the clear protection is not straight to fit the vehicle, and lastly there is overlapping. We were not communicated with as to where we were at with the service. We had to call twice and then eventually showed up after 2 full days for installation of clear protection and an oil change. I’m just disappointed in the results. I have addressed my concerns and believe they were handled appropriately and hoping for the best outcome.

Robert was generally rude to me and others I observed him helping. My wife had the same experience and would be a consideration when choosing what dealer to buy a new vehicle from.

Was in for an oil change and a couple recalls. One recall was a software update. I was notified by Service that it could not be completed due to a server crash. All good. I had a loaner car. My car was ready for pickup mid morning the next day. I appreciated Service keeping me updated. A very good experience, thank you.

The majority of the needed work was satisfactorily completed. But the major concern of the unexplained “lurching” while stopped at a traffic light could not be duplicated or the cause determined. Worrying about it happening again is now my issue. The techs tried to find the source of the incident but were unable to. I don’t know if anything else could have been done, but I remain concerned about it happening again. It was a frightening experience. It makes me anxious & nervous.

Billy in service customer care did an EXCELLENT job. He was extremely thorough in explaining every detail of the service plan and was over the top courteous. His service oriented personality was on full display and his training from Lexus shown through. KUDOS to all!

I had a great time very professional people working at this dealership on Nevada north. From the beginning to the end the updates were on point. I was given a loaner vehicle and loved it. The service was great, some things were forgotten during my service like a checkup of the air inside my brakes system and air pressure of the tires was not set to the factory specification, but other than that the service was a solid 8/10. I have had bad experiences all around here in Colorado Springs with many different mechanics and dealers. This one was refreshing for sure. Thanks again.
