Manuel not only was good at his job. He also remembered me and my name. He took the time to listen to my concerns and address those. At pick up he took the time to walk me through some features of my car. Great person!

The price of oil changes are becoming a barrier. 500-plus is crazy and not entirely justifiable. Cleaning a battery and testing for 199 when a new battery is 200 from other places shows me the inflated Lexus cost.
I have a raptor truck with way more oil and the cost is a 1/4 of the lexus and I let them change the cabin filter bc it's not 125.
