I submitted one comment already. I was very very dissatisfied at the length of time and The communication. Apparently. I was an unimportant customer. My time is not valuable and not even worthy enough to make me think it valuable. Very disappointing. I’ve been a Lexus owner since 2008. I hope this is not the future.

Billy is incredibly friendly and despite having a line of people waiting to be helped by him he never acted overwhelmed or too busy to properly greet and make you feel welcomed. Kudos to him for his service excellence!

I am always pleased with the service I receive at Lexus of Colorado Springs. I love how the service team sends me videos of my vehicle walking me through the inspection. I also am appreciative of the text messages also keeping me abreast of my vehicles service.

Roberto was out today. So I had Eric. He was on. When I came to pick up my car, he was not there. There were 2 people I taking and checking out people. Needless to say, it was backed up. Snd the person I worked with just read off the stuff on the paperwork. I don’t think they had been briefed about what I was having done with my car. Really understaffed. I had a dent removed and had done buffing. No one walked me out to see if I was satisfied with the work. I found a scratch which I didn’t see before so we are checking that out as well.

Miss the old location. Better atmosphere. New location cold. No cars to look at in showroom. Don’t like going to this building with no warmth or personality. I will probable move on to diff location this year.
