The scheduling dept lacks talent. Several customers including myself had to wait for 30 min or more because you were short staffed .
The customer service and vehicle services were fantastic. I learned about what was going wrong and why, and the problem was definitely resolved. My car is no longer screeching every time I stop to park or back up to reverse. It drives smoothly and stops smoothly, especially being a newer vehicle, this is helpful. I bought it four months ago so now it feels like a smooth GX 550 line it should be and feels safer to drive with more responsive reaction time to stops and transitioning from lane to lane. Thanks for all of the support and making sure the warranty coverage took place for the 10000 mile oil change. All good!
Overall Excellent customer service. But system wise I was not happy with a very unexpected charge of $99. On drop off I mentioned that the TPMS light was on and asked if they could look at the sensors. I was confident that the tire pressure was good. I was quoted ~$170. for the service maintenance. I was very surprised on pick up to have been charged $99 for the diagnostic on the TPMS sensors! This took just a few minutes and there was no resolution other than they couldn’t be programmed. I mentioned this kindly before paying and there was no budge on the $99 diagnostic. Was planning to schedule transmission filter and fluid change among many others as we plan to have this vehicle a very long time, but the $99 charge has really given me pause in considering having you all do the work.
