Efficient work. Dale stayed there, but that must not have been communicated to Billy because they called me rather than telling him it was finished. I liked that they didn't find something else "wrong" and try to sell more services.

Robert was great. The appointment we had apparently was not scheduled in the system but Robert was able to get the vehicle squeezed into the schedule and I was on my way with not much of a wait. He’s professional and provided good service. He owned the issue and fixed it. Will come back for future service needs.

I asked to have an oil change added to my 5000 mile service even though the manufacturer recommends every 10,000 miles. The oil change wasn’t completed which means I now need my husband to do it.
