I understand that they were short staffed! I waited for my car for over an hour as it sat in the same spot! He handed me the key and I walked over and cleaned the plastic and paper out of my car! After waiting over an hour! I would have at least expected it to be washed!
My history could not be found even though I purchased my vehicle there. I was told my vehicle was a v8 even though it’s a v6. I couldn’t get an answer from the assistant why the service was recommended (time or mileage). I had to get a manager for clarification of what and when additional service was needed. I checked with another company and they quoted me roughly 1/2 the price of all four services needed. I’m very disappointed in my local Lexus dealer.
It was very hard to understand Billy today with a mask on. Since he was sick, I appreciate he had the mask, but I still had to ask him “what?” or “pardon me?” several times. He needs to speak up quite a bit when he has a mask on.

Vi was great, but the time estimate was way off. I dropped it at 9:30. It was supposed to be ready at 12:30, but it wasn’t ready until after 2:30. Fortunately I had a loaner, but would have appreciated a more accurate estimate or more text updates. I do like the dealership and service dept.

One suggestion - when a customer doesn't respond to your texts, maybe call them. I never received the texts and had to call in, myself, at 3pm to ask about the progress.
