I dealt with Erik. Never met Bill. Erik was great. The only issue I had was calling at 8am the previous morning and not getting a call until after 5pm later that day.
Everyone I worked with were wonderful. My only negative thought is the fact I needed to come back for the same issue of rattling in my sunroof shade. I brought it on 2-20 and they added some felt. Unfortunately while driving home after that appt. It was still rattling same as before. I called when I got home to set up another appt. to have it looked at again. This time I took a service rep on a ride and let him hear when it rattles and he could get a feel as to where to look when in the bay. It was fixed this time which I am thankful for.
Always a good experience with Lexus Colorado Springs. The service agent was phenomenal.
Very wonderful service department
I put approximately 20 miles on the NX350H loaner car and didn't put any gas in it before returning the car to the dealership. I guess I owe you 3/4 of a gallon of gas. I signed the loaner car agreement without reading about putting gas back into the car. We love our new RX350 and Lexus of Colorado Springs Service Dept. Vy was professional and courteous. We like the VIP treatment and trust Lexus of Colorado Springs Service Dept.

The service dept made a mistake and caused my car to malfuntion but they were excellent about taking respondibiity and fixed it . I picked it up yesterday and so far it seems fine . I was treated very nice during this whole process by they were excellent entire service team.
The staff has always been professional and courteous, and I've yet to have anything less that a fantastic experience with them. The pricing is a bit on the high end, but it's a justifiable cost to pay knowing I'm receiving quality work from quality personnel.
Everything was fine. Excellent customer service. Next time remove the service tag on my rear view mirror.
