I just wanted to give a shoutout to Billie Bailey at the Lexus service desk for the excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, Billie was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to listen to what was going on with my car, explained the service process clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before getting started.
What really stood out was how easy he made the whole experience. Service visits can sometimes feel like a hassle, but Billie kept everything smooth and stress-free. He kept me updated along the way and made sure all my questions were answered without ever making me feel rushed.
It’s rare to come across someone who’s both professional and personable, but Billie really nailed it. Lexus is lucky to have him at the service desk. Thanks again for making the whole experience a great one!

Amazing service from the interactions with service advisors to a quality job done. I brought my car in for an interior detail because it was a larger job than I could tackle alone. I was beyond impressed with how my car was returned to me. Even when they went to grab my car for me, they noticed my tire pressure light was on and topped off my tires with air. I really appreciate how he went above and beyond what he had to do.

(formerly Kuni Lexus) to service my Lexus vehicles for 16 years! Why do I keep coming back? Because the experience has always been excellent! I have two Lexus vehicles. I rely on this dealership to help keep them running right.

We feel like we should have been better kept up to date about the repairs and costs since we are from out of town (Pueblo).

I was very disappointed in the service that I received from Vy. She only communicated with me when it benefited her. The courtesy vehicle was supposed to be returned the same day, however, she left a voicemail telling me that there were some challenges with the calibration machine and she did not want me to have to drive in 5 o’clock traffic. I called on Friday and left a message on Friday and she never called back. I went down to pick up the vehicle and she did not acknowledge me but went behind the doors. She came out with Eirik and Eirik told me to wait in the lobby for the car to be washed. Then walked me to the car and told me they repaired to the passenger armrest…. I told him I didn’t know what he was talking about. No one said anything about damage.Vy should have told me this told me this did, but she did not…. perhaps that’s why I had to leave the vehicle overnight. This is not a good way of doing business and I lost a lot of respect for what was done. Honesty and integrity are the values that you should be emulating. My service representative is Bill Bailey and he has done great by me. I will never use Vy again ever.
