Went to pick up my vehicle and the tire that was to be replaced was not put on, and was also flat. This was despite a text message and also calling for confirmation.
Billy is and amazing professional service technician, he is always kind and asking a questions to ensure everything needs to be is covered. I really appreciate all his help and complete understanding of my Lexus vehicle and what is needed and recommended. I’m thankful for his patience, professionalism and kindness.

I don't usually respond to request for feedback unless it's extremely favorable or unfavorable. In this instance, it is extremely favorable. Roberto went out of his way so many times for us during this experience. He went out of his way to contact another Lexus dealership to get information on a Carfax Report. It took several days and several attempts by Roberto to get them to reply. Had not done this it would've resulted in unneeded expenses and ultimately a new motor. We are extremely happy with not only Roberto, but the Lexus of Colorado Springs dealership in general, including the service manager.

My first time using this dealership and Eirik, Manuel, & Roberto provided me with an exceptional experience.
I waited 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. No tire rotation, no wash, no vacuum. Then I discovered my car sat ready for 30 minutes and the lady never notified me. Afterwards during checkout, the customer service rep took another 10 minutes to correct a ticket issue. Not acceptable as I had to miss an important meeting due to what I perceive as negligence.

Lexus if Colorado Springs, formerly Kuni Lexus, has serviced my Lexus cars since 2010. Always completely satisfied. No change thus tume; different car, but same excellent service! I plan on another service visit fir my other Lexus, confident I’ll receive the same level of service.
