Were it not for the rescue of your shop’s reputation by Donte Clark, a consummate professional, I would have been aghast at the arbitrary, capricious and unreasonable position taken by your service dept. representative who attempted to charge me $206 for a 10,000 mile service BECAUSE MY ODOMETER READ 11,000 miles. I have already engaged Lexus Corporate in Plano on this issue.

My personal thanks to Dante for taking care of me when I returned your rental car after your CEO/President was at the podium thanking the honored guests at your Grand Opening. He went out of his way to find my car and the service paperwork and to collect the amount that was due. Dante was wonderful!!

My home garage still fills with the smell of burnt oil caused by the mechanic not replacing the oil cap after the oil change. Oil spray covered the engine and ran down to the floor and driveway. I brought the car back and had it cleaned and oil topped up but the residual has to burn off.

Robert was great. My regular service advisor was Phil Bailey but apparently today was his day off. Robert Field the bill very nicely and I appreciate everything that he did for me!
