I picked up my car from the dealership yesterday. I took it in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It was leaking oil so bad all over my garage floor today. I looked under the car and oil was dripping from underneath. So…it is back in your shop and I’m sure hoping this isn’t an issue again.

The techs at Lexus of Colorado Springs are top notch! Friendly, helpful and kept me in the loop about its repairs before completing them so I knew where I stood when it was time to pay. They were fast and thoroughly explained everything unlike previous shops. I highly recommend them I give them 10 stars!!
I brought the car in about 12:45 for a 1pm appointment, a 15000 mile service. Upon arriving, I was informed that the car needed an oil change since the last oil change was over 16 months ago; however, I was also informed that the oil change would not be covered by the Luxury Care package that was purchased with the vehicle. I understood when we brought the vehicle that all scheduled services would be included in the Luxury Care package, so the fact that the oil change isn't normally included in the 15K service, but was needed due to time, doesn't make sense to me.
About 4:15 (after about 3.5 hours) I was finally notified that my vehicle was ready; however, the vehicle was not washed as I was promised and I was charged over $99 for the oil change (even after I mentioned that I have a new facility complimentary coupon at home (that I didn't think I would need to bring).
Overall, this was the worst service experience we've had in the 21 years since we bought our first (of 7) Lexus vehicles.
