Poor communication from service team. Otherwise, the car runs beautifully and the new brakes feel great.
Yes satisfied with service, just wish my vehicle was washed. I washed it before taking it in and got it back with rain spots all over it .

I will say I was shocked about the price for my service. I just had the $55,000 mile service in San Antonio, TX. I wish your systems were connected because I wouldn’t have paid for a service I didn’t need at the time. The North Park Lexus dealer is the best, they only provide services needed and don’t just go off of what the computer states. They also provide a 10 percent military discount unlike your dealership! I probably won’t take my vehicle back.

After the oil change no one reset the oil change notification light and the hood was still open. I had to come back. This seems sloppy to me.

First off, I did not have my vehicle in for service. The last time my car was serviced there, customer service was horrible and I commented on it. Someone was supposed to respond on my dissatisfaction but no one from the dealership has contacted me. Again, customer service is horrible!
Billy is amazing, just like all of Lexus service providers. Billy always goes above and beyond, and that is why we will always own a Lexus.
