My car battery died and Phil sent Tony to where I was with a jump box and got my car started so I could drive to Lexus dealership to get a new battery. So they fit me into their busy schedule to get me back on the road.

Sorry to have to report this, but the last two services have both had several disappointing issues with both communication and wrong work being performed.

My only comment would be that you have more people checking you in in lieu of standing around for ten minutes before someone waits on you.
