Dealership returned my car damaged after its first service/warranty work. The front passenger door had a perforation right through the paint and multiple rub marks. It had to be completely repainted. I am stunned Lexus of Colorado Springs tried to return my new vehicle in this condition. I find it hard to believe no one noticed the damage, so I have the distinct impression they knowingly tried to pass the damage off on me hoping I wouldn’t notice. As a first time Lexus owner, this is not the experience I want to have with the dealer I bought the vehicle from. No dealer has ever done something like this to me before. Thanks to Lexus of Colorado Springs, my first service turned into a nightmare, and I’m now driving a damaged/repaired vehicle instead of the new one I took in for its first service. If you want to make this right, please replace my vehicle with a new one.
Rob is always pleasant and has good customer service skills. I would say there needs to be more service advisors. I had to wait in line 15 plus minutes to drop off my car and for an oil change dropped it off at 1 pm and wasn’t called to pick it up until almost closing time. Both advisors were working hard, but they need additional help.
