The team was both professional and respectful, and the service was completed in teh time fram committed. This is extremely valuable as I am also in a servcie business and only earn money when I can bill hours. The timeliness enabled me to maximize this scenario. There were some company administrative challenges with this visit however. 1. I was promised a loaner vehicle upon originally scheudling this appointment, one week prior. I recieved a phone call approximately 30 minutes prior to the originally scheduled appointment time stating that no loaner vehicle was available. This could have caused significant financial loss and incremental expenses as I had several stops scheduled during my service . 2. I recieved no communication that my vehicle was ready for pickup until after I'd picked it up. I called the dealership twice to verify the vehicle's status. On the first call, nobody in the service department answered.... after 30+ rings, I hung up. On the second call, your receptionist was thoughtful enough to leave her desk, walk over the service department and find out the my vehicle was, in fact, ready for pick up.
