Hi - we love our new car. I would like to provide some feedback that when we purchased our vehicle we asked the question as to if when we brought the car in for its scheduled service appointments if the car was going to be washed. We were told that it was indeed going to be washed. Our first 5k service did not have the car washed.

I had to return a couple hours later because my tire had 10 pounds of pressure too much.
So I spent 2.5 hrs waiting for them to tell me that there wasn’t a leak in my tire and because I didn’t check upon completion I had to return and get air removed (not knowing if I had too much air or my sensor was bad)

I have received 3 surveys from Lexus today. I have given 5 star reviews on both. I’m irritated now. The only reason my review/satisfaction would decrease is 100% based on the amount of requests I receive to fill out ANOTHER survey! This is probably a request coming from some higher up who has no interaction with actual customers! Do your service managers, salesmen/women, and highly skilled mechanics a favor and put a stop to the surveys! You’re causing more harm than good!
I always feel comfortable knowing the team will handle me and my vehicle well and graviously.

Everyone I met was extremely professional, my car had a clip missing on the bumper, was sagging a little more than when I dropped it off, I said something to Robert and it was fixed immediately. Really appreciate the help and I'll definitely be back.
I was in for my first tire rotation. I sat there for 2 1/2 hours and my car never even made it back there. I had dinner reservations at 6 that I had to cancel. I am not a happy customer.
I took the vehicle over for a 50,000 mile Service. I told them I did not need the tires rotated as I get it free from where I get my tires. So all they did was change the oil and check brakes. I was told the only other thing they do is Grease the rubber. I looked it up. There wasn’t any belts checked there wasn’t any inside filter changed. I very disappointed that I was misinformed .to me..
