Bob did a great job…. But it took the service people quite a bit of time to get my car up to the front after it was finished. And then they gave my keys to the wrong guy do it took even longer trying to figure out where my car was.

We purchased this vehicle on October 14 and we’re given two sets of keys for the vehicle. We got back to Pueblo, which is approximately an hour away from the dealership and found that one of the keys was not programmed to the car.. I made an appointment and took the car up to the dealership this past Thursday, and was told that the they would be able to program the fob and then do the recall on it. We received a text yesterday that the vehicle was ready. I went back to get the car and was told that they were unable to program the fob because it must’ve been tied to another vehicle and that they were going to keep my vehicle overnight and give me a loaner so that they could get a new key program to the vehicle. I drove to the dealership today arrived at 2 o’clock and at 3:45 was informed that they were gonna have to put me in another loaner because they could not get the fob programmed and figured out that they were still trying to program the same fob that was tied to another vehicle , I told him I could come back up because I am too busy to drive up during the week at this point and at 4 o’clock was told that the only thing they could do now was order another fob. They didn’t have any in stock and it would have to be ordered and then we would have to either bring the vehicle up or they would see if they could send someone down to pick up the vehicle . This is my second Lexus and not the Lexus customer service that I had expected to see from this. I hope it gets better from here.
