My husband made an appointment for maintenance and discussed what needed to be done.
I get to the appointment and they had No record of discussion of what needed to be done. This the Second time this has happened.
Was told it would be1 1/2 hours to 2 hours…I wait for my car….it was 2 hours and 45 minutes.
I feel the guy Robert every time I encounter him.,he’s been on the rougher side matter of fact this is how it’s going to be. I don’t know it’s happened twice. There was paint on the drivers upper panel of the rental and I asked him to document that and he argued with me now because this is going to be a permanent record and that is not damage and I kept saying well I would feel better if it was documented because I don’t want to show up and have Lexus blame me for it.
I was told that the dent in my car could be fixed on the same date as my 20,000 service. That wasn’t the case so now I have to take time off on 2 separate days

My oil cap was removed for no reason and’s left off all the while my car was driven until I decided to check the Engine for what I was smelling after the service appointment .. May have caused damage to a very new vehicle.. Only Lexus has worked on this vehicle .. Beyond frustrated
