When I first made the appointment, I mentioned a plastic piece over the driver side rear tire that was not flush. The bodywork had been done by pride Hyundai some months ago, and I wanted it looked at. It was not looked at. I also mentioned that a ‘refill inverter coolant’ is warning comes on in hot weather. He told me it would cost $165 just to diagnose the light. I said I would hold off for now due to the exorbitant cost. Doing some research, this is a known issue with the 2022 Tucson hybrid. There was a TSB issued about it. I’m surprised this was not known. I’m likely going to have to bring the car back.

There was a lack of communication as to why my vehicle was coming in. My husband was dropping it off as I was at work, and We were bringing it in for a diagnostic and oil consumption check for 1000 miles,. The only service they did was change the oil and start the process over again at my cost. I had to pay for two oil changes to start this process. And the service member put the blame on my husband for not understanding when it was the issue of their system being down and the record of my oil change, not being in their system. I am not returning to the dealership.
