How can 2 rear shocks cost $900 parts, plus installation and taxes extra? I purchased this car there 7 yrs ago, and have enjoyed getting maintenance performed in your shop. Unfortunately I've been priced out, so will switch to an outside shop for future work. Tku GB

I'm very satisfied with the work but I was shocked at 700 for front brakes and rotors. I called around when I got home the highest with labor was 540 and the lowest with labor was 480. I understand you need to profit but everyone is struggling and I will never do big jobs here again. I go there for my needs but this just really hurt my wallet and the way it was said to me it sounded urgent. I wish I waited and shopped around.

The service was absolutely excellent. Staff were pleasant and attentive. This was a major service at 7500 mikes which I had expected might take several hours. In fact it was completed within an hour. They had given me priority service since this is a Tucson limited 2024 model. I cannot thank them all enough. It drives me home like a new car!!! Could not be more pleased. Nicholas McKinney
