My vehicle was given back to me with a new engine and within a half hour the check engine light was back on and I was have more issues than when I originally brought it in. I now have to bring it back to get fixed again and I was told a loaner car is not guaranteed.

I had called to make an appointment for an oil change and a new front tire. I set up the service appointment with Damon Lee. He said I was all set. When I got there this morning they said no tire had been ordered and they could not get one. I was told I would have to come back another day. I got my oil change and declined coming back. I will get my new tire from a place that values my time and effort. Thank you.

When I purchased my 2023 Kona I was told that I would get complementary routine service for 3 yrs or 36,000 miles. Today, at 30,000 miles, I was told that this promise was no longer being honored, and l had to pay $95 for an oil change.

I was originally told that I needed an antennae replaced by Shamus and scheduled an appointment. When I went to the appointment I was told that I do not need one. This left me feeling very distrustful of the establishment and its reccomendations. I will be taking my service elsewhere. Damon was very trustworthy and helpful in his explanation and saved me from spending 600 or more dollars on a service that I did not need. However, There is some shady business going on here.

when I got there,there was chaos and disarray but Damon with his calm demeanor and determination took it in stride and tended to every customer's needs . Some customers were not so nice but he was always apologetic and filled their needs as best as he could

My service advisor was fantastic! He was very professional and accommodating. My only complaint was that there was only a single service advisor on duty. This led to excessive wait times and a long line.
