Damon was great at the front desk. Very expensive and left feeling burdened by the cost. I wish Hyundai was doing more to be transparent with pricing and evening offering discounts for routine vehicle maintenance.

Still waiting for a loaner car since March 24, 2025. I was never contacted to resolved the problem I came in for. Worst service ever !!! I told this to Leigh T in a message on 3/27. No response. Worst service department I ever dealt with!!! Don't bother contacting me. I will find service elsewhere!!!!
Damon was very helpful but the actual service department is incapable of determining and solving a problem that I have reported consistently since purchasing my vehicle in 2024. It was actually witnessed by Jeff and since they could not solve the issue, I was told that the problem is what should be expected.

The staff at the facility are fantastic. They are kind, can crack a good joke, and very personable. Although my service was a little more pricey than I had anticipated, I know that my service was done correctly and by people that I appreciate. That’s worth a lot more than the dollars. I will be back for continued service in the future.
