Once again I am not happy with this service. They did not reset my oil life light so it's still coming on after they supposedly changed the oil. They did not adjust my tire pressure as they said they would and now when I start and stop the engine the car makes some sort of chiming noise. I gave one more chance even after last time when I said I would not go there again. This time I'm definitely not going back.

**Deceptive Service – I Figured It Out in One Minute!**

I went to Pride Hyundai Service Center on June 10, 2025, for a trunk latch issue. They told me it needed to be completely replaced, had me sitting there for **two hours**, and tried to charge me for an unnecessary repair.
When I got home, I spent **one minute** on YouTube and figured out the real issue—it just needed to be unlocked! I am **not stupid**, and it’s clear they were either incompetent or deliberately misleading me.
This was a complete waste of my time, and I will **never** go back. Customers deserve honesty, not scams. This experience felt like a deliberate attempt to mislead me into paying for an unnecessary repair. Whether it was incompetence or an outright scam, I will never return to this service center. Customers deserve honesty and integrity, and unfortunately, I did not find that here. David Steel is a rip off..scumbag
