He was great! I felt that he really listened to what I had to say, and we worked very well together to get the results. He was easy to communicate with, and extremely easy to describe and understand the issues. I like him the best out of all the people that I've dealt with so far! He understood what I was trying to explain, and did very well at explaining the end results.

I had a 10:30 appointment that I was on time for. I did not receive any attention until 10:50. When the service personnel came, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. But why give me a 10:30 appointment if it is not going to be honored?
