Everything was fine except that I had hoped to have the recall service Done as well, but it’s apparently not yet my turn. I received a notice last summer, and when I called I was told that my turn will not come up until April 2025.

My almost $50k purchase of a 2023 RAV4 came with 2 years of service included. I was within my 2 years when I went for service today, but I was over my 25000 mileage by 1600 miles. I was told I would need to pay for my service today even though I was within the 2 year range. I get that Toyota needs to cut off the service at some point, but being within 1600 miles of the cut off point, it seems reasonable that I should have still received a covered service. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t and doesn’t reflect well on Toyota of Escondido.
One was very good about notifying me of the problems that we've had and always kept in touch with me. While I waited in the lounge for my tire to be fixed. He was answered all my questions and I was very satisfied. Thank you.
