Service was quick and painless, my service advisor was outstandingly helpful.
It was perfect. I got in late just intending to replace my battery, but it was close to service time and he managed to get it done. I also picked up the extra four services. I sort of want to look at the new car models, but the group of sales people make it clear. They only wanna talk to someone buying that day. Kind of strange. I like to talk about my product. I’ll go ahead with the estimate for trade-in and then I can work with fleet sales or whoever handles the AAA pricing.
I don’t think you should do an automated system like that
Chris always goes the extra mile to make sure all of our concerns are addressed, and any issues are resolved.
If Chris is with another customer, I will always wait for him to check in our vehicle for all service or repairs needed.

This is my second service visit to the Toyota of Escondido, where I purchased my car, for scheduled routine maintenance. I've had a great experience both times and the wait time was not as long as I was told, so that's a plus. The service staff is very pleasant and I love the drink bag area in the waiting lounge, which has a variety of drinks available to include various kinds of tea, as I am not a coffee drinker. The facilities are always clean and the Service Store always fully stocked. I've only had my vehicle since Aug 2024, so it's not time for a trade in upgrade yet. LOL. I love my Toyota RAV4. ??
