getting to your facility from our home in Vista ( traffic ) is my personal concern and pressure. I take refuge at Escondido Toyota and the reception I receive when I get there more than compensates for the struggle getting there. I have, also, absolute appreciation for the product, ( PRIUS V ) that you and I together own. see you folks at 130,000

Andrew was great to work with. He was very communicative, kid, and set the right expectations. My experience was soured at the checkout desk with the cashier. The young man that checked me out, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. As a first time customer, I was unfamiliar with the checkout process, who would help me, and where I should go since Andrew was at lunch. II shared my concern with the cashier and he looked at me as if I had asked him something offensive. He then proceeded to provide me with as little information as he possibly could as I asked questions to him about this process. He just gave me one word answers, and never set a clear expectation. He then asked me to pay before reviewing the invoice. He became quite upset when I asked him to review the invoice before paying it. His one-word answers and terrible attitude made me feel as though he would rather be doing anything but helping me. I feel as though I interrupted whatever conversation he and his colleagues were having, and he was upset to have to do his job. I’ll be giving a different Toyota dealership a chance the next time I need servicing specifically because of this cashiers lack of empathy and his rude and unhelpful attitude.
