I requested tire replacement because air pressure getting low very often, but the tire was not changed at the service. As a result, the tire punctured this weekend. I strongly complain that this is fully negligence of service and it compromised our safety and caused inconvenience.

Whenever I have a coupon to use for service, why do the service advisors seem annoyed by me using them? Toyota of Escondido sends me coupons, I will continue to use them, if that bothers the service advisors then don't send me anymore discounts.
Takes too long to check in for service. Too many service personnel running around like cats, uncoordinated and talking to each other instead of talking to waiting customers. Totally disorganized. Almost like a “who’s on 1st” comedy sketch. Get it together.
