I understood in a direct telephone conversation with Corey that there would be no charge as we had prepaid a contract for service when we purchased the vehicle. However, when my wife made it home, she said she was directed to pay $53 in to change for the additional service that was optional, which I authorized because Corey said it was free.

Jesse was very nice and professional. However, I was disappointed in the 2 hour wait for a 15,000 mile maintenance appointment. I had to ask what was taking so long.

The service was excellent, car was picked up in a timely manner. The service department updated me on what needed to be done. However, one small thing the car was not washed when it came back. I really do like that part of your service.
