I owned 2 different Mercedes Benz SUVs starting at age 26. They always treated me like a kid who shouldn't be driving their vehicles. Their service department was deplorable and they never had loaners to borrow. Two years ago I switched to Lexus. Beyond amazing service. I've had Nicholas a few times and he is so kind and professional. They are happy to give you a loaner anytime you need it. They are always waiting with a smile as soon as you pull into the service bay. The service at the Omaha dealership alone will keep me a Lexus customer.
Gerardo has been great! He takes great care of my car and always takes the time to explain why certain repairs or parts are needed. He is very patient and goes the extra mile to make sure that all my questions are answered. Overall, he made the service experience very smooth! I really appreciate all of his help.
Went here thinking that I needed to bring my car in for regular maintenance since the service sticker on my windshield said I was overdue. I was surprised when I was told that I wouldn’t need routine maintenance yet until I surpass 95,000 miles on my odometer. Instead, they did a point inspection and washed my car’s exterior and interior free of charge! They found no defects or any major damage on my car and was finished with the inspection within an hour. I look forward to meeting again with my dad once my car is due for an oil change/tire rotation once I reach 95,000 miles.
