I was informed today that I should have gotten a discount for new tires since the original tires wore out prior to 30000 miles. This was not disclosed to me when the quoted tires on my previous visit. Also dissatisfied that I had to replace my battery and was not aware this would have been under warranty. Battery was not identified as an item to worry about on previous inspection. First time buying a Lexus andVery disappointing that both of these issues were found prior to car having less than 35000 miles.
Jessie was very professional and explained the issue with my car. I appreciate working with individuals like Jessie. Lexus should let him know he is doing a wonderful job assisting and helping customers.
