Scheduling online was easy. I had asked for a loaner car. When I arrived, no car was available but a staff member drove me home. Staff knew I had a 1 PM appointment, my car was ready and they picked me up so that I was able to keep my appointment. I give staff credit for being so conscientious. Linda K

I was informed today that I should have gotten a discount for new tires since the original tires wore out prior to 30000 miles. This was not disclosed to me when the quoted tires on my previous visit. Also dissatisfied that I had to replace my battery and was not aware this would have been under warranty. Battery was not identified as an item to worry about on previous inspection. First time buying a Lexus andVery disappointing that both of these issues were found prior to car having less than 35000 miles.

Great customer experience. Everyone was very attentive to my situation they fully understood what I was needing. Friendly, professional, great waiting area. Clean comfortable and made the wait enjoyable. Always treated fairly and explain everything thoroughly. The Lexus vehicles are outstanding themselves and the service puts them over the top.
