As I said to Gerardo in person today - I do love my new car, but the real reason I bought another Lexus is because of this service department. They are truly TOP TIER. I have never once had a poor experience in the nearly 10 years I have been coming here, and everyone consistently goes above and beyond what is asked or expected. Very grateful to Gerardo today, and to the entire service team at Lexus of Omaha for always taking excellent care of me and my vehicle.
