I don’t buy cars often so as I researched this purchase, I visited many dealerships across three states. Lexus of Omaha was the most welcoming, least “hard sales tactics” location I visited. I felt I was listened to, my perspectives were respected, and the no haggle approach while also delivering the car I wanted at a fair price left me feeling good about this sizable purchase. To top it all, Mike even put the bow on the roof when he presented the car to my wife. Next year when it is time to replace my car (this time was for my wife), I will definitely be returning.

I continue to be completely satisfied with my Lexus and with the service I receive from the Omaha dealership. They make the car maintenance process a real pleasure. The facility is first class in every way. The building, the surrounding grounds, the receptionist, and all the staff both in sales and service are the best. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and I continue to recommend this product and this dealership to many family members and friends.
