Gerardo was very to deal when I brought my 2016 Lexus NX in for an oil change. While we were waiting they discovered it needed a water pump and quickly alerted me, I said yes please do that as well so he set me up with a loaner vehicle so I wouldn’t have to sit there all morning. I also want to thank the young man Ian at the coffee bar he was very personable and got us our coffee and delicious donuts. This is why we only take our Lexus to Lexus of Omaha. The service all around is truly exceptional!!! Thank You, Mark Nipp & John M

Morgan was an excellent sale rep. She has such an upbeat attitude. I love her pleasant personality. If I could afford the recommended repaires I would have done so at that time. Good job hiring Morgan she is really good for the company!
